With the latest restrictions in place across the country so many of us will be missing the chance to meet up on the countdown to Christmas, or the chance to get creative with others. In the spirit of giving back, The Mind’s Well are offering a series of free events. The events and workshops are aimed at bringing people together virtually to help ease loneliness and boost good mental health for the winter ahead. Get creative by trying your hand at making sustainable festive crafts, gain the latest tips on skincare and make-up routines, experience the power of yoga through movement, and gain valuable insights into your mental health and wellbeing, plus more. With so many students unable to travel home this Christmas we are also offering a weekly hub for students to meet up virtually to take part in fun creative and practical sessions to help create a positive network of sharing and kindness. Take part from the comfort of your own home (even in your pyjamas if you wish – santa hats optional!) Prior to your chosen event you’ll be sent a Zoom link which will allow you access to the workshop live. What better way to come together this festive season to make new friends and take part in a positive uplifting experience.
